OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The Company is committed to preventing accidents or loss of its resources, including
injuries to its employees. In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and
property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work
environment in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with
legislative requirements and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which
may result in property damage, accidents, or personal injury/illness. The Company
recognizes that the responsibility for health and safety are shared. All employees will
be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and at work sites.
Safe work practices and job procedures will be clearly defined in the company’s
Health and Safety Manual for all employees to follow. Accidental loss can be
controlled through good management in combination with active employee
involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors,
employees and contractors. All management activities will comply with Company
safety requirements as they relate to planning, operation and maintenance of
facilities and equipment. All employees will perform their jobs properly in
accordance with established procedures and safe work practices.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

Environmental Consciousness although the nature of the Company’s business activities is not
necessarily harmful or threatening to the environment, the Company will put in place
measures to reduce the environmental impact of its activities. We run our business in the
“greenest” way possible. We face up to our responsibilities both as a company and as a group of
individuals and try to make a difference, acknowledging that waste is expensive, for it stretches
resources and it screams of inefficiency and incompetence. We have for years educated and
encouraged all our members of staff to plan, purpose and practice to reduce waste. Our CSR is
more than just a statement of good intent, we have broken it down into real processes that we
have implemented and which will continue to develop and grow in the future, for the good.
We will; –
-Communicate our environmental commitment to clients, customers and the public
and encourage them to support it.
-Promote efficient use of materials and resources throughout our facility including
water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those that are nonrenewable.
-Where required by legislations or where significant health and safety or
environmental hazards exist, develop and maintain appropriate emergency and spill
response programmes.
-Emphasize on the use of products that are environmentally friendly.
-Encourage on proper disposal of solid waste to avoid land, water and air pollution.
-Encourage use permitted chemicals and gases during our fumigation exercise.

-Implement the ‘Think Before you Print’ policy to save on the trees and the world
forest cover.
-Integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into all of
our decision making and activities.
-Advocate for better use and conservation of energy.
-Advocate for better use and conservation of water.
-Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them
to work in an environmentally responsible manner.
-Reduce waste through reusing and recycling and by purchasing recycled,
recyclable or refurbished products and materials where these alternatives are
available, economical and suitable.
-Avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products, seek substitutions
when feasible, and take all reasonable steps to protect human health and the
environment where such materials must be used, stored and disposed of.
-Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimize the
social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our
environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.
-Train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may
affect their work.
